Students learn about the supply chain and the process involved in getting produce from the paddock to plate. Students learn about who and what is involved in this process along with timelines of these processes for certain produce. Students participate in interactive learning such as an interactive ‘match’ game, imagery, drag and dropping tiles to order the supply chain process and a video to complete a scavenger hunt.
